About the event

Much like any other skill, photography requires consistent and frequent repetition to be able to develop and grow your skillset. In the early days of my photography journey, Seaford Pier was a location I use to visit all the time to practice and improve upon my landscape photography. Being both easily accessible and filled with vantage points, this is the perfect location to practice your landscape photography and to grow as a photographer!

Taking place at Seaford Pier, participants will:

• Discover how to use compositional techniques in your landscape photography to create captivating imagery.

  Understand quality of light and how it influences the best times of the day to shoot.  

  Learn about the three elements that make up the exposure triangle (ISO, aperture and shutter speed) and how to balance them to achieve the correct exposure.

  Master control of various camera modes and settings such as aperture priority and manual focusing, and learn how to read their camera’s histogram.
